Európska komisia pripravila bezplatný kurz vo forme massive open online course (MOOC), zameraný na európske programy pre regionálny rozvoj. Aj po skončení prvého kurzu sú naďalej k dispozícii jednotlivé kapitoly i možnosť bezplatnej certifikácie po dobu nasledujúcich 12 mesiacov.
Kurz vysvetlí problematiku štrukturálnych fondov, ich spoločenský rozmer, rozpočet EÚ ako aj debatu o budúcnosti EÚ a jej financií.
